BCD Travel
• Execute supplier data and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Track supplier revenues, commissions, and incentives • Assist with preparation of income reports, forecasts, and budgets, validating key figures against supporting documentation • Ensure adherence to financial and compliance routines, maintaining audit-ready documentation • Consolidate supplier KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring reporting accuracy and timely delivery to internal stakeholders • Support supplier contract tracking and compliance monitoring • Prepare regular reports and scorecards within the assigned function, integrating data accuracy checks and contextual notes to improve business insight • Support implementation of process enhancements and automation, aligned with global standards • Collaborate across teams to identify data reporting gaps and assist in projects to build new tools and dashboards that meet evolving business needs • Coordinate with other departments, such as Legal, Finance, and Operations for supplier updates and data validation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior analytical, financial, or reporting experience in the travel industry working in a similar supplier management role that addresses contract financial tracking and modeling
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with reporting systems (Power BI, Databricks, SQL)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Role Description Data Driven Detroit (D3) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst / Project Lead. This is a full-time, salaried position, with a starting salary of $60,000 per year. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional attendance at in-person meetings or events.
