Connect enterprises with the right partners to accelerate transformation. - Enforce Performance & Quality: Lead structured partner management through joint business planning and regular KPIs. Hold partners accountable to pipeline, revenue, and delivery quality targets. - Enablement & Capability Building: Identify market gaps and equip partners to improve their sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, and positioning of AI Native solutions. - C-Suite Engagement: Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise executives, positioning SAFe as the premier strategic enabler for business transformation and AI-driven innovation. - Elevate Market Presence: Serve as the face of Scaled Agile in the region. Speak at industry events, build brand authority, and relay local market insights back to global leadership. Qualifications - India Market Leadership: Regional/country leadership experience in India’s enterprise software or consulting sectors, with a deep network and understanding of local buying behaviors. - Partner Ecosystem Mastery: Proven success scaling GTM models with systems integrators and consulting firms, holding them accountable to revenue targets, and making tough calls on underperformance. - Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Track record of building pipelines in emerging markets, closing complex enterprise deals, and influencing C-suite stakeholders. - Transformation Acumen: Background in digital/enterprise transformation and consulting sales; able to engage credibly with both business and technology leaders. - Partner Enablement: Experience identifying partner capability gaps and lifting their sales and delivery quality without having direct delivery ownership. - Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Self-directed leader comfortable building in ambiguous environments with limited local infrastructure, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. - Market Presence: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with experience building brand authority via industry events and executive briefings. Preferred: - Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). - Experience launching new offerings (like AI or platform solutions) through regional partners. Additional Information Location & Travel: - Work Location: Home office in India. - Travel: Up to 40% travel within the region, and occasional travel to the USA. You will be responsible for obtaining your own travel visas, with support provided by HQ.
