Job Description Scaled Agile, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial Country Manager for India/ASEAN to accelerate our next phase of growth. Based in India, you will lead our partner-driven go-to-market strategy, expanding our market presence across local enterprises, government accounts, and Global 2000 companies. Operating autonomously with limited local infrastructure, you will own the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline generation to closing enterprise subscriptions (including our new AI Native offerings). By collaborating with global marketing teams and cultivating relationships from engineers to C-level executives, you will scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives successful, large-scale digital transformations. Key Responsibilities - Drive Revenue & Growth: Build and execute a partner-led GTM strategy. Co-sell strategic opportunities, build pipeline, and close enterprise subscriptions to expand SAFe and AI Native adoption. - Manage & Scale the Partner Ecosystem: Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing consulting partners and systems integrators. Connect enterprises with the right partners to accelerate transformation. - Enforce Performance & Quality: Lead structured partner management through joint business planning and regular KPIs. Hold partners accountable to pipeline, revenue, and delivery quality targets. - Enablement & Capability Building: Identify market gaps and equip partners to improve their sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, and positioning of AI Native solutions. - C-Suite Engagement: Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise executives, positioning SAFe as the premier strategic enabler for business transformation and AI-driven innovation. - Elevate Market Presence: Serve as the face of Scaled Agile in the region. Speak at industry events, build brand authority, and relay local market insights back to global leadership. Qualifications - India Market Leadership: Regional/country leadership experience in India’s enterprise software or consulting sectors, with a deep network and understanding of local buying behaviors. - Partner Ecosystem Mastery: Proven success scaling GTM models with systems integrators and consulting firms, holding them accountable to revenue targets, and making tough calls on underperformance. - Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Track record of building pipelines in emerging markets, closing complex enterprise deals, and influencing C-suite stakeholders. - Transformation Acumen: Background in digital/enterprise transformation and consulting sales; able to engage credibly with both business and technology leaders. - Partner Enablement: Experience identifying partner capability gaps and lifting their sales and delivery quality without having direct delivery ownership. - Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Self-directed leader comfortable building in ambiguous environments with limited local infrastructure, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. - Market Presence: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with experience building brand authority via industry events and executive briefings. Preferred: - Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). - Experience launching new offerings (like AI or platform solutions) through regional partners. Additional Information Location & Travel: - Work Location: Home office in India. - Travel: Up to 40% travel within the region, and occasional travel to the USA. You will be responsible for obtaining your own travel visas, with support provided by HQ.

Role Description TriMed is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market development within an assigned region. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and building high-performing sales teams.
