Partner Alliances Manager

FreeBalance

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners in assigned territories. • Work closely with the Sales team to develop partner-led and partner-supported sales opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partners. • Support bid and proposal activities by coordinating partner participation and ensuring timely submission of pricing, documentation, and compliance requirements. • Ensure all partner agreements and documentation comply with FreeBalance governance and compliance processes. • Develop and execute partner enablement and training programs. • Support joint go-to-market activities, events, campaigns, and business development initiatives. • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase pipeline generation and revenue. • Maintain accurate partner information and opportunity tracking within company systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, PFM, and Professional Services. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner management processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Travel as required. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, enterprise software sales, or alliance management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner ecosystems for software vendors, system integrators, consulting firms, or technology companies.
  • Proven experience developing revenue-generating relationships with channel partners and participating in joint sales activities.
  • Experience supporting public sector opportunities is an asset.
  • Experience working with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), including the World Bank, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, or similar international development organizations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with donor-funded projects, international procurement processes, and public sector modernization initiatives is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience working with multinational and multicultural teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Additional languages are considered an asset.
