Role Description The OEC Solution Architect will be responsible for supporting and managing Oracle CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting and managing Oracle CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement - Assisting in enabling Redwood features through functional setups, opt-ins, and configuration changes - Handling end-user issues related to Redwood UI and ensuring smooth adoption - Performing functional testing during quarterly releases and Redwood updates - Supporting UI personalization and standard configuration using Oracle tools - Working with business users to explain Redwood UI changes and drive adoption - Preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials for Redwood changes - Supporting regression testing and validating system behavior post-release - Collaborating with technical and functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements - Ensuring alignment of Redwood UI with business processes and user experience standards Qualifications - 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud - Minimum one project experience in Oracle Redwood implementation / upgrade Requirements - Knowledge of JavaScript event listeners for handling UI interactions - JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Git (version control) - Repository management - Workspaces and branching strategies - Code migration across environments (DEV, TEST, PROD) - Basic understanding of web UI customization and troubleshooting - Knowledge of OOTB AI functionalities in Oracle CX Sales / Fusion Cloud - Experience with Oracle Application Composer for extending and customizing CX Sales applications (fields, objects, page layouts, business logic) Company Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and persuasive advocate to client stakeholders, confidently articulating complex technical architectures, guiding critical alignment sessions, and translating sophisticated martech concepts into clear, impact-driven narratives for senior management. • Develop and iteratively refine foundational Technical Design Documents (TDDs) encompassing Data & Identity Architecture, Integration & Eventing Strategy, MAP Operating Models, Consent & Privacy Frameworks, and Segmentation Strategy. You will ensure these documents provide a decision-ready foundation for agile sprints, understanding that downstream feature acceptance constitutes acceptance of your architectural choices. • Design the target interaction model between Salesforce (Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud) and external digital experience ecosystems (such as Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, RT-CDP, and Target). You will define cross-platform identity alignment, system-of-record hierarchies, and data flow orchestration patterns across the entire martech stack. • Architect native, high-performance integrations between enterprise data lakes (e.g., Snowflake) and the Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will design zero-copy data sharing models, configure data access to web profiles and engagement history, and align data lake schemas with standard Data Cloud Data Model Objects (DMOs). • Design a unified profile schema capable of supporting millions of active contacts. You will implement deterministic identity resolution to unify customer profiles across disconnected enterprise platforms. • Operate within a Scaled Agile delivery model by participating in critical Pre-PI (Program Increment) and PI Planning ceremonies. You will work alongside Product Owners and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate high-level strategy into committed features, initialize the architectural runway, and actively resolve cross-team dependencies
