Role Description Assists with maintaining the system by keeping National Provider Identifiers (NPIs) for facilities and providers, and coder lists up to date. Provides education and assistance to system users, including but not limited to MDaudit analytics and audit set up. Onboards new users. Helps with the creation of Liveaboards, custom audit worksheets, and creating Ad Hoc reports. Performs analytic functions to support revcycle leadership to improve visibility into rev cycle compliance and performance. Ensures compliance with all revenue cycle regulatory requirements. • Support the execution of content and compliance processes. • Collaborate across teams to flag risks, provide regulatory guidance, and keep compliance activities moving. • Contribute to global regulatory and compliance strategy by owning key workstreams across labeling, claims substantiation, ingredient documentation, and product review. • Partner cross-functionally to support product development and brand initiatives. • Conduct ingredient, formula, and packaging compliance reviews according to regulatory frameworks, particularly the U.S. FDCA. • Maintain raw material and formula-level compliance documentation. • Execute compliance reviews consistent with FTC and FDA claims compliance standards. • Serve as day-to-day regulatory contact for Brand, Creative, and Marketing. • Contribute to, review and approve QMS records, particularly labels, formulas, specifications, and change controls. • Integrate Regulatory Affairs into generative AI workflows and maintain accurate customer service messaging.

• Provide support to internal partners on regulatory compliance requirements and issues related to consumer credit services • Perform gap assessments of BU/functional area procedural documents against Global Policies to ensure adherence and, if applicable, work with the business line on action plans designed to address control breakdowns and track timely remediation of regulatory issues and process improvements • Work with a variety of teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies including Legal, Information Security, and Governmental Affairs • Working knowledge of applicable privacy and consumer laws and regulations • Maintain understanding of business line operating processes, strategies, products, and services • Participates in exams as the SME by working with the appropriate BU in collecting and analyzing exam data, documents, and other information as may be requested in order to provide requested documentation • Work with the Regulatory Exam Manager in the delivery of ad hoc regulatory requests within specified service level agreements (SLAs) • Participate where needed in the preparation and presentation of materials for regulatory meetings (kick-off deck, quarterly update, etc.) • Work in a team environment, address conflict professionally, and build productive relationships with customers, partners, and team members to achieve targeted results • Exercise persuasion and influence to engage, motivate, and inspire others

Role Description The Director of Group Health is responsible for the overall client satisfaction and growth of Dane Street’s Group Health Division. It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results. - Ensure delivery of key client metrics including Turnaround Time (TAT), Quality (measured by clarification %), P2P success, overturn rate, and any other key performance metrics set forth by our Group Health customers. - Lead the Operations Management Team and oversee all activities directly related to the operational procedures. - Attract, recruit, and retain Team members. - Work with the Group Health Operations Teams on internal and external quality audits and make recommendations on process improvements/updates. - Recommend development initiatives to help enhance the usage of technology for client satisfaction and internal efficiencies. - Responsible for the reconciliation of client outcomes reports & issue logs. - Responsible for the overall Profit and Loss of the Group Health Division. - Work with the National Medical Director on the development and management of the physician panel. - Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree is preferred. - Minimum 5-10 years experience managing a team of Utilization Management (UM) Nurses at a Health plan or IRO. - RN (preferably BSN or higher). - Experience working with Utilization Management standards and guidelines. - Experience leading an operational unit/division, ensuring customer service goals are met, and achieving profitability, goals and objectives.
