Role Description IEM is seeking a full-time Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our Disaster Recovery team to support program operations by ensuring full adherence to federal, state, local, and contractual requirements, including HUD and HOME-ARP regulations. This role is responsible for: - Conducting quality control reviews. - Monitoring program activities. - Validating documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. - Providing regulatory guidance and technical assistance to program staff. - Identifying compliance risks and supporting the development and implementation of corrective actions. - Contributing to the development and maintenance of policies, SOPs, and compliance tools. - Supporting audits and monitoring activities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, maintain regulatory alignment, and drive continuous program improvement.
