• Develop programs that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions across the broader ZoomInfo go-to-market organization. • Partner closely with sales leadership, overlays, account executives, account managers, and customer success teams to drive engagement and revenue opportunities. • Create and maintain the materials sellers use every day, including: Battlecards, One-pagers, Sales presentations, Competitive positioning, Discovery guides, Customer stories, Solution briefs. • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that helps both internal teams and external buyers understand the value of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions. • Ensure consistency across sales conversations, launches, campaigns, customer communications, and product experiences. • Lead internal launch readiness efforts for new products, features, and innovations. • Coordinate communication, training, enablement, and activation programs to drive adoption across the organization. • Own competitive intelligence programs and maintain battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and market insights that help sellers compete more effectively. • Develop customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives that strengthen sales conversations and support go-to-market efforts.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within B2B SaaS
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
- Experience creating sales enablement assets that drive measurable adoption
- Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional product launches
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Bonus Points: Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology; Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation; Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations

Role Description As the Senior Manager, GTM Operational Excellence, you will architect and lead the future of how our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization operates. Your mission is to lead a high-performing team focused on the operational ceiling: - Identifying root causes of friction - Designing enterprise-grade systemic fixes - Partnering deeply with executive stakeholders across RevOps, Systems, Data, and Enablement to drive behavioral changes that scale You will have a seat at the table in shaping our AI-integrated operations strategy. Qualifications - Deep experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or RevOps within a fast-growing SaaS environment, with at least 2–3 years of experience successfully managing and scaling high-performing teams. - A proven track record of building, scaling, and maturing GTM systems and processes from mid-stage growth through enterprise scale. - Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and complex GTM tech stacks (e.g., Enterprise CPQ, automated lead routing, complex compensation tooling). - A strong builder's mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows to optimize business operations. - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex operational challenges into clear, actionable executive narratives. - Prior experience working in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment is a strong plus.
