• As a member of the Risk Management team, the EHS Risk Management Consultant will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interaction. • The objective of an EHS Risk Management Consultant is to minimize risk to increase profitability for the client. • This position develops and maintains relationships with district clients, potential clients, dealer group management, and state dealer associations. • A professional, likable, persuasive, and customer service-oriented demeanor is essential for success.

• Execute corporate quality of life and occupational health projects and events for Vital Work’s client and partner portfolio; • Recruit professionals for the execution of one-off activities; • Conduct coordination meetings for activities and events with clients, health insurance brokers and contracted professionals, using remote meeting platforms; • Monitor the execution of events remotely with clients and partners; • Prepare management reports on event execution and results; • Maintain control of event information for the client portfolio, as well as related financial information (payment of professionals), using the area’s control spreadsheet; • Perform administrative tasks related to the events under your responsibility; • Contribute to the development and improvement of new products and processes in the area; • Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with Vital Work’s clients and partners; • Collaborate with and support the team in event delivery whenever necessary, and contribute to other areas when participation is requested.

• Lead the design and implementation of D365 Trade & Logistics processes, including procurement and sourcing, sales and marketing, trade agreements, vendor-managed inventory, and order management; • Apply deep industry expertise in distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), freight, international trade, and supply chain execution; • Configure international trade and compliance features (commodity codes, country of origin, Intrastat reporting, import/export documentation); • Ensure consistency and quality across Trade, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production solution design; • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and logistics process workshops with client stakeholders.

• Develop deep expertise in NiCE Quality and Analytics applications to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing client success. • Lead clients from initial deployment to full adoption by demonstrating value, ensuring confidence in data integrity, and sharing relevant case studies and success stories. • Advise clients on best practices in Quality Management, Analytics, and Customer Experience optimization. • Actively explore and pilot new AI features, models, and automation tools within the NiCE ecosystem to help clients accelerate value realization and reduce cost-to-serve. • Guide clients through the transition from manual processes to AI-driven analytics, ensuring model accuracy, data integrity, and strategic alignment with business objectives. • Work closely with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to align roadmap, feedback, and value delivery strategies. • Empower clients through training, data literacy, and enablement sessions to sustain long-term success with NiCE solutions.
