• Support the hardening and operational security of a modern Kubernetes-based platform environment aligned to CMMC and Zero Trust principles • Serve as a hands-on extension of the Client’s Engineering team • Focus on implementing and operationalizing key AWS security controls • Secure critical platform services • Improve the overall compliance and stability posture of the environment • Collaborate with platform engineering teams to improve operational stability, compliance posture, and long-term maintainability • Develop and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and automation routines supporting platform operations • Partner with Architecture Review Boards (ARB), security stakeholders, and engineering leadership to validate implementation approaches and compliance requirements • Produce clear technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks • Contribute to operational automation, migration tooling, and platform sustainability initiatives

• Design and develop modern full-stack application features using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI • Build intuitive, high-quality user experiences that streamline complex workflows for business users • Develop backend APIs and services that integrate with internal enterprise systems and downstream workflows • Help modernize and simplify legacy operational processes through thoughtful application design and automation • Build and optimize PostgreSQL database interactions within AWS RDS environments • Deploy and manage cloud-native applications within AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices with CloudFormation • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, product owners, and fellow developers to rapidly iterate on requirements and solutions • Support document generation workflows and downstream policy system integrations • Leverage modern AI-assisted development tooling, including ClaudeCode, to accelerate development and improve delivery efficiency • Contribute to code quality, maintainability, testing, and deployment best practices throughout the engagement

• Lead the implementation and testing of Microsoft Fabric, evaluating ETL processes and query performance. • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Fabric to move data from enterprise systems to a central warehouse. • Design and document data architectures involving data lakes, lakehouses, and cloud databases. • Apply best practices in ETL development, data modeling, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are upheld in cloud-based environments. • Work in an agile environment, providing technical leadership and driving project success.

• Design and implement scalable data solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem • Strong experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI • Stand up and configure Fabric services to support data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and reporting • Develop and optimize semantic models that support both reporting and broader data consumption needs • Establish and guide best practices for workspace organization, capacity management, and workload distribution • Design and implement secure data access patterns, including integration between Snowflake and Fabric • Evaluate and support Snowflake-to-Fabric connectivity, mirroring strategies, and performance optimization • Identify opportunities to leverage Fabric capabilities such as data agents, automation tooling, and DevOps integration • Build and support automation solutions, including replacements for legacy processes (e.g., Oracle BI agents, scheduled workflows) • Partner with client teams to guide platform adoption and increase internal capability through collaborative sessions • Contribute to the development of standards, reusable patterns, and migration playbooks for long-term sustainability

• Design and implement a CMMC-aligned GitLab architecture supporting 250–500+ users • Deploy and operate self-managed GitLab on Kubernetes using Crossplane • Architect secure GitLab runner strategies (pooling, isolation, autoscaling) for mixed workloads • Evaluate and document architectural approaches (single vs. segregated GitLab instances) with clear tradeoff analysis • Translate NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements into enforceable GitLab configurations and access controls • Implement configuration-as-code using Terraform (e.g., GitLab provider) to ensure versioned, auditable, and repeatable platform management • Design and implement RBAC, least-privilege models, and segregation of duties • Establish drift detection and audit mechanisms to monitor and remediate unauthorized changes • Integrate GitLab into the broader Kubernetes platform ecosystem, including GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) • Produce architecture documentation, runbooks, and reference patterns to enable internal ownership and long-term sustainability • Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture review boards, and platform teams to validate compliance and design decisions

• Partner with Trility clients, taking them from “napkin to production.” • Listen to client challenges with empathy and discover the right approach to deliver value. • Accelerate report development to keep pace with evolving data models. • Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights through efficient reporting solutions. • Jump in midstream, work independently, and build high-quality solutions using Power BI, Paginated Reports, DAX, and SQL.

• Design, build, and iterate on high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards at scale • Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations • Develop and leverage semantic models to support reporting needs • Build reporting solutions against Snowflake data and optimize performance for high-usage scenarios • Implement row-level security (RLS) and contribute to scalable, governed data access patterns • Assist in establishing deployment pipelines and promotion processes across development, testing, and production environments • Help define and implement best practices for report development, organization, and governance • Build and support automation workflows to replicate legacy reporting processes (e.g., scheduled delivery, data blending) • Partner closely with client teams through collaborative working sessions and knowledge sharing • Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and migration playbooks to support long-term client self-sufficiency

• Support and enhance Kubernetes-based workloads and platform services within AWS • Maintain and extend infrastructure managed through Terraform and Terragrunt • Continue modernization efforts within the Elastic Stack and Kibana environment • Develop and improve Python-based tooling for runtime visibility, auditing, and platform insights • Containerize applications and services, ensuring they are deployment-ready within the platform ecosystem • Work within and contribute to an existing CI/CD pipeline, supporting ongoing deployment and integration workflows • Assist with migration and decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and services • Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and platform services, performing root cause analysis and resolution • Implement and support infrastructure automation and operational best practices • Contribute to platform and security modernization initiatives aligned with mission requirements and cost optimization goals • Collaborate with technical leadership and stakeholders as priorities evolve, ensuring alignment and forward progress • Document systems, processes, and solutions to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
