• Own KPA's enterprise security platforms including CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Duo and related technologies. • Lead vulnerability management & remediation, endpoint security, identity security, privileged access, penetration testing, and security hardening initiatives. • Investigate and respond to complex security incidents while partnering with the IT Operations team on security and infrastructure escalations. • Own the technical implementation and ongoing operation of infrastructure-related SOC 2 controls and security audit related requirements. • Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen KPA's overall security posture. • Own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid modernization, identity architecture, and endpoint management. • Own Azure infrastructure and AWS workloads outside the DevOps application stack. Partner with DevOps where needed as there is a natural crossover between them and this position. • Own Cisco Meraki networking, VPN infrastructure, and cloud connectivity. • Lead technical initiatives including cloud modernization, email domain consolidation, phone system replacement, identity modernization, and enterprise platform upgrades. • Lead complex security and cloud projects from planning through implementation and post-change validation. • Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and leverage AI-assisted development and automation to improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Produce clear technical documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and operational handoffs. • Proactively identify technical debt, security gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and modernization.
• Actively generate qualified meetings and opportunities within the Automotive Business Vertical. • Manage an ongoing outbound, account-based strategy to drive new business for a sales team. • Manage a lead pipeline of inbound marketing generated leads. • Apply social selling tactics to generate new business. • Work closely with Account Executives to develop territory and account plans. • Participate in discussions with marketing and sales management teams to develop and monitor marketing plans, lead generation, and effective measurement against sales goals. • Precisely track business metrics including activity metrics, meetings set metrics, outreach cadence expectations and accountable for bookings. • Effectively uses marketing and sales automation systems including Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot.
• Support the revenue organization across reporting and analytics production, Deal Desk operations, and Salesforce data quality. • Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting packages, dashboards, and workbooks. • Build, maintain, and validate Salesforce reports and dashboards; support Tableau reporting needs. • Perform reporting QA, variance checks, and data validation. • Support Deal Desk queue management and opportunity review in Salesforce. • Assist with renewal, amendment, cancellation, and closed-won operational processes. • Document mission-critical RevOps and Deal Desk processes. • Help identify recurring issues and manual tasks that should be documented, standardized, or automated.

• Complete the monthly close process for each of the 4 business units, with consolidated financial reporting by the 20th of each month using GAAP accounting principles and high accuracy. • Perform account reconciliations and troubleshoot issues. • Process recurring and non-recurring general ledger transactions covering revenue, expense and balance sheet accounts. • Provide and perform assigned account reconciliations across the financial statements. • Perform all cash reconciliations. • Participate in various projects that arise related to general ledger activity and reporting. • Participate in the monthly operating expense meeting and be prepared to answer questions on monthly reconciliation from the finance team. • Process all incoming vendor invoices accurately in a timely manner. • Provide backup and assistance to the Senior GL Accountants as needed.
