Job Description

Legal Counsel

Label Your Data – Data Annotation & Labeling

• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), assignment agreements, and other client- and supplier-related contracts; • Support contractual matters involving both Ukrainian and international counterparties; • Conduct legal due diligence and assess legal risks related to suppliers, contractors, and business partnerships; • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations) on contractual, commercial, and compliance-related matters; • Manage debt recovery and accounts receivable legal matters, including advising on collection strategies, negotiating repayment arrangements, resolving payment disputes, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate financial risk; • Assist with maintaining and updating internal legal templates, policies, and contractual processes; • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the business and recommend necessary updates to internal policies and contractual frameworks; • Collaborate with external legal advisors when needed on specialized or cross-border matters.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law;
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian, including legal drafting;
  • 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law;
  • Foundational knowledge of data protection and privacy laws, such as GDPR and related regulations;
  • Proven hands-on experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts with clients and suppliers;
  • Strong analytical, legal, and research skills with attention to detail;
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

Role Description The Associate General Counsel will be a key partner to the General Counsel across three areas: - Managing a growing portfolio of revenue contracts - Supporting the legal needs of new and existing business lines - Leading legal due diligence on acquisitions This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and can operate as a trusted legal advisor across a variety of contexts.
