• Lead product customization clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet business needs. • Work closely with BD and AM teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize workflows. • Gather and analyze customer requirements to define product road maps and feature development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to execute product strategies. • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep our B2B solutions competitive. • Define key product KPIs and ensure continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Building a go-to network of KOLs and influencers to help build awareness for and grow the BTSE brand. • Building relationships with other potential marketing partners, such as consumer brands, sports brands, entertainment companies, etc. • Working with our content team to research, create and design relevant content for your team of influencers and campaigns. • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing projects from conceptualization to execution and reporting • Identify the right Key Opinion Leaders for different objectives, negotiating budgets with them for both short-term campaigns and long-term relationships • Provide accurate and up-to-date profiles of KOLs to support marketing strategy and tactics. • Manage offline events for KOLs of interest. Must be willing to travel. • Preferably located in Taipei or Singapore but open to remote hires in Asia time zone.

• Showcase your creativity and technical skills by quickly prototyping web content in collaboration with our design and backend teams. • Your work on the presentation layer will ensure a seamless user experience with a strong focus on user experience design. • Collaborate closely with team members to design and implement RESTful APIs and WebSockets, ensuring smooth communication and integration between the frontend and backend systems. • Utilize your expertise in debugging and browser tools to troubleshoot issues and fine-tune performance, ensuring our applications deliver optimal performance across different browsers. • Leverage your proficiency in Vue.js to structure containers, components, and flows, creating a well-organized and scalable frontend architecture. • Your expertise in CSS layout and semantic HTML will contribute to a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. • Experience with cross-browser support and responsive web design (RWD) is highly valued. • Familiarity with build procedures and configuration to support different staging environments will be advantageous in ensuring smooth deployment and testing processes.
• Lead and project-manage applications for VASP, MiCA, MSB, and other regional financial licenses globally. • Monitor, analyze, and brief the executive team on shifting global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FCA, MAS developments). • Partner closely with the Compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational policies and audit-ready workflows.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. • Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience. • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization. • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve user retention, and make informed product decisions.
• Support global onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes by working with internal systems and teams. • Monitor and analyze service-related cases and issues reported internally, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements. • Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure effective handling of platform-related needs. • Assist in developing and maintaining internal knowledge resources such as FAQs, SOPs, and documentation for new and existing features. • Provide operational support and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
