• Manage the long-form output on ITPro • Commission internal and external writers • Plan publication schedules and edit content • Promote audience engagement to long-form content • Maximise content reach through multiple channels, including SEO, LLMs, etc. • Assist with commercial and special project-related tasks • Work with other teams to develop commercial content campaign ideas • Create audience surveys and research reports • Represent the brand at industry events and interview industry experts
