• Build and improve a single source of truth for Talent Acquisition data by connecting and structuring data from multiple inputs and systems. • Create, audit, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that help the team understand funnel health, performance, and key hiring trends. • Proactively identify bottlenecks, changes in conversion, and other meaningful signals across the candidate journey, and explain their business impact in a simple way. • Support the team with automation opportunities across Talent Acquisition workflows, including process improvements and AI-enabled ways of working. • Conduct market and competitor intelligence research to help the business understand talent movement, company signals, and broader hiring opportunities.

• Edit and lead the editorial guidelines for all Hub content & content verticals. • Ensure quality control within the editorial team is being achieved through editorial guidelines, management of the editorial team and documented tracking of successes & failures within editorial team. • Create guidelines for editing of AI content, including feedback to both editors and creators of AI content generation tools to ensure better quality first and final drafts. • Mentor senior editors into the team to eventually take leadership roles within the team / company through the use of task delegations, career development plans and consistent feedback. • Approving the design, style, tone, and appropriateness of our publications for both manual and AI content creation with conversion, SEO, and UX in focus. • Lead modification of content on Google Docs and regular tracking of consistent issues to feedback and prevent recurring issues in new first-draft content, ensuring this as standard practice in the editorial team. • Ensure all content and headlines are optimized for organic search and reflect SEO best practices for Google Search and Google News. • Lead the charge on creative content for Google News to become a viable traffic and revenue generation funnel.

• Provide an excellent customer experience via email, live chat, and social media. • Ensure a seamless transaction process throughout our marketplace at all times. • Actively drive resolution of customer issues resulting in customer satisfaction and retention. • Maintain and/or improve your team’s Customer Support Metrics. • Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members in order to identify opportunities for improvements and growth.

• Own and evolve TA reporting and analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.). • Prepare executive-ready scorecards and use trend data to forecast hiring demand, identify capacity gaps, and support headcount planning. • Lead talent market intelligence projects: map competitor hiring patterns, identify emerging talent pools, and deliver actionable insights to guide sourcing strategy. • Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline sourcing, screening, reporting, and operational workflows. • Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier) to visualise key TA metrics including hiring speed, funnel velocity, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios. • Analyse bottlenecks within the recruitment funnel and provide recommendations to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience. • Conduct industry mapping and talent landscape research to identify key target companies and talent pools. • Ensure data quality and consistency across ATS and HRIS platforms - define standards, identify discrepancies, and keep reporting built on clean inputs.

Responsibilities - Own the project end-to-end — from planning through delivery, no hand-offs, no excuses - Remove blockers fast and keep cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, business) moving in the same direction - Define structure in ambiguous situations and make clear calls when the path forward isn't obvious - Communicate proactively — concise written updates, transparent blocker flagging, crisp verbal sync - Hold the standard on quality without sacrificing speed - Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and escalate risks early and clearly Requirements - High-ownership mindset — you take accountability for outcomes, not just your personal task list - Proven delivery in a relevant industry domain (at least one shipped project end-to-end) - Comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity simultaneously - Clear, direct, and concise communicator — in writing and in the room - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders - Able to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions - Reliable and consistent in daily execution; detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture - You must be within ±2 hours of Lithuanian time (EET/EEST, UTC+2–3), meaning UTC+1 to UTC+5. • Prepare budget and financial forecasts, collaborate with other departments helping them to forecast performance and resources, aggregate the data from other departments into a financial model. • Consolidate financial data and management accounts on the group level. • Analyze current and past company financial data (e.g. revenues, costs, profitability, geographical performance) and prepare reports about the company’s performance. • Prepare presentations on the company's business and financial performance for the main stakeholders: accounting, management teams, other departments, investors, and the Board of Directors. • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimization and automatization of financial accounting, reporting and control procedures.
