Technical Support Associate, Japanese

• Provide support to internal and external customers on all aspects of LRN’s proprietary applications (functions include: campaign set up, system generated e-mails, system reporting, user data management, and customization) • Using defined systems and processes, keep both internal and external stakeholders updated as to the status of call tickets, requests, projects, issues, and changes. • Update necessary tracking and reporting systems to ensure that group statistics can be tracked, managed and measured. • Manage expectations of internal and external customers, ensuring capabilities are not exceeded to the detriment of the customer. • Escalate issues related to capabilities where appropriate. • Serve as an internal advocate for field personnel, as well as external customers. Prioritize requests based on need and impact. Work with internal stakeholders to address priorities. • Prepare and present (in written and verbal forms) product information that will assist customers with the capabilities of LRN's systems. • Maintain quality levels for all work related to customers’ requests. • Ensure there is an ongoing dialog between LRN and each customer with whom the Partner Assistance Center team member is working. • Collaborate with peers to discuss unique solutions and to document them. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Freelance Editor

• The Editor will be responsible to create, proofread, and modify content for LRN. • The individual in this role will be responsible for web content, copy edit and make sure that documents are grammatically correct, readable, and correspond with the brand image and target audience of the company and partners. • Copy edit courses to eliminate spelling and grammatical errors, consistency issues, lapses in style, and typos. • Proofread at critical stages to ensure accuracy is maintained. • Ensure content conforms to US English language standards. • Ensure content meets LRN and/or its partners’ requirements and preferences for style, tone, reading level, and audience. • Ensure proper page layouts with regard to text and image formatting. • Perform comprehensive proofread on course audio script and QA audio version. • Perform QA checks on video as it relates to audio and text and watch for issues with other eLearning media. • Maintain centralized project documentation. • Assign copy editing and proofreading to freelance editors as needed to maintain schedules. • Maintain an open and clear communication channel with the Planning team, Project Managers, and the rest of the project team throughout the Content Development of the course. • Communicate and traffic information to freelance editors on projects you assign them; field their questions; ensure on-time delivery of work. • Ensure standards for quality and consistency are met successfully at the end of each course review. • Provide status reports as requested by planning, project managers, or content leaders. • Maintain and advance JIRA tickets as needed. • Ensure all material produced by LRN is of the highest quality and consistency. • Maintain on-time delivery. • Assist in defining, developing, and refining internal content review processes and practices, including the LRN style manual.
Product Marketing Manager

• Develop and tailor product marketing plans that include country/region-specific targeting, value proposition, key messaging, competitive analysis, ICP targeting, and sales enablement plans that impact revenue growth in North America. • Communication and Storytelling: Effectively articulating & communicating the value proposition of LRN solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers. • Work closely with marketing, product, and in-region sales teams to help drive our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement. Produce enablement collateral including: fact sheets, sales slides, videos, discovery questions, talk points and emails. • Stay up to date on the external market and competitors: Conduct, synthesize, and produce research reports on competitive intelligence, creating and updating battlecards as necessary. • Own launch execution for key products and identify opportunities to drive product-led growth. Help define and scope product marketing and related campaign projects, and take ownership of assigned projects, following them through from planning to drafting to review to revision. • Participate in Voice of Customer interviews, analyzing findings, and identifying areas of opportunity across sales, messaging, PR and marketing collateral. • Ensure we’re resonating in market. Evaluate and establish product descriptions, features, value propositions, and differentiators resonate across different channels with our ICP. • Drive adoption of marketing and sales collateral. Help improve the organization and delivery of existing marketing collateral, reduce redundancy, eliminate outdated or unnecessary information, and improve overall product-related content experience. • Develop case studies in collaboration with clients to highlight client success stories, showcasing the impact of LRN solutions. • Lead the writing and submission of award applications that spotlight LRN’s innovation and leadership in the ethics & compliance and technology space.
Business Development Representative
