Partnerships Account Director Hybrid Revenue - Commercial Full time FVAC1801 London, England, United Kingdom Description What you'll be doing Do you have a strong understanding of commercial partnerships and a passion for building innovative, insight-led campaigns? We're looking for a Partnerships Account Director to drive commercial growth across Future's market-leading publishing portfolio. In this senior commercial sales role, you'll take ownership of strategically important accounts, developing and selling high-value partnership opportunities to both clients and agencies while securing new business and growing existing relationships. You'll focus on delivering large-scale, multi-platform commercial partnerships by introducing clients to Future's extensive portfolio of ad products, brands and audience solutions. From bespoke branded content franchises across our leading Homes, Women's Lifestyle and Tech portfolio to innovative content partnerships tailored to ensure brands visibility and relevance in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships, you'll work closely with editorial, planning, creative and insight teams in order to bring commercial ideas to market. • Support and enhance corporate NetSuite ERP system • Develop new features and maintain existing code • Build custom workflows, forms, automations, and scripts within NetSuite • Integrate third-party systems using REST-based APIs • Assist with data migrations and new functionality during acquisitions • Provide third-line support to resolve system issues

• Prospect, develop, and close new business across a high-volume book of mid-market accounts, selling digital media solutions including branded content, premium video, and programmatic • Manage a large pipeline of simultaneous opportunities with thoughtfulness, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity levels to build predictable, above-quota results • Build a repeatable sales process, from prospecting and pitch through negotiation and close, that scales across a broad account set • Lead compelling, insight-driven pitches that connect Future's audience data and content capabilities to each client's goals • Identify the highest-value opportunities within your territory, balancing new logo acquisition with growth and retention of existing accounts • Find creative ways to open new doors and surface incremental revenue at scale • Collaborate with research, marketing, and client success teams • Report on important performance metrics, maintaining accuracy and full visibility across your book of business
• Write and produce practical tax content on a timely and regular basis with a focus on assigned news and features and gallery stories covering federal and state tax concepts and developments • Assist the senior tax editor and the Kiplinger team with other editorial projects
• Provide Social Media support and best practice advice to a portfolio of brands across our business. • Develop social plans that achieve the editorial goals of each brand and deliver performance reporting and analysis. • Allow brands to grow a large and positively engaged Social Media audience across multiple platforms, enabling monetisation through Referrals, Branded Content, and Ecommerce to websites.

Role Description We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to help build and scale the company’s financial infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and finance—you’ll ensure financial accuracy while also helping the business understand and act on the numbers. This is not a narrow reporting role. You’ll have full visibility into how the business operates and how financial decisions get made, partnering closely with finance and operations. As an early member of a lean team, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our financial processes and our understanding of performance. Over time, this role will expand further into FP&A and strategic finance as the company grows.
