Role Description Organizar, estruturar e otimizar os processos comerciais, garantindo eficiência na operação do time de vendas, com foco na gestão e melhoria contínua do CRM e na geração de dados confiáveis para tomada de decisão. - Gerenciar e otimizar o uso do CRM, garantindo organização, padronização e usabilidade para o time comercial. - Estruturar e simplificar processos comerciais, reduzindo complexidade no dia a dia dos times. - Garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados no CRM. - Criar e automatizar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento de performance (pipeline, conversão, forecast, etc.). - Apoiar o time comercial na operação diária, removendo gargalos e aumentando produtividade. - Mapear e implementar melhorias contínuas nos fluxos de vendas. - Atuar como ponte entre vendas, marketing e áreas relacionadas. - Treinar e orientar o time no uso correto das ferramentas e processos. Qualifications - Experiência prévia com CRM ou áreas correlatas. - Perfil analítico e organizado. - Experiência com gestão de dados e construção de relatórios. - Boa comunicação para interação com times comerciais. - Proatividade e senso de urgência (cenário de estruturação). Requirements - Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou crescimento acelerado. - Conhecimento em automações e integrações de ferramentas. - Vivência com construção de processos do zero ou reestruturação.

Role Description The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales organization and will report to the sales operations manager.
