• Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the product development process. • Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with project management methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall. • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including defining priorities and scope boundaries. • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and refine requirements. • Support solution design and implementation within microservices and event-driven architectures. • Define and document integration requirements involving REST APIs, Kafka, XML, and JSON. • Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation, and team workflows. • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and database management tools such as PL/SQL Developer and pgAdmin. • Model and document business processes using BPMN and interaction flows using Sequence Diagrams. • Cooperate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Contribute to initiatives related to banking operations and process improvements. • Apply knowledge of the NBU Chart of Accounts when analyzing and documenting banking-related requirements.

Role Description This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a clinic setting to clients ages 2-18 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or related disorders. The BCBA will plan, develop, and monitor treatment and provide consultative services rooted in evidence-based practices. The BCBA will collaborate with families, team members, stakeholders and is responsible for supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT). - Function in a supervisory capacity and provide clinical oversight and supervision to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians. - Assist in the development, facilitation, and training in ABA, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching. - Provide ABA based training to caregivers and support generalization of skills learned in the clinic setting.
