• Шукати та валідувати нові можливості для росту бізнесу через дослідження ринку, користувачів, конкурентів та внутрішніх даних • Запускати та масштабувати нові web-to-web воронки та унікальні growth-механіки • Планувати, запускати та аналізувати складні A/B тести, оцінюючи їхній вплив на бізнес-метрики • Будувати roadmap growth-експериментів та управляти його пріоритизацією на основі потенційного бізнес-впливу • Аналізувати весь шлях користувача — від першого контакту з рекламою до покупки та повторних платежів • Щоденний моніторинг ключових метрик, виявлення вузьких місць у воронках та знаходження можливостей для покращення конверсії, монетизації та окупності • Оцінка результатів експериментів через CR, ARPU, LTV, CPA, CPM та інші метрики • Проактивно працювати разом із Creative та UA командами над пошуком нових маркетингових кутів, меседжів та позиціонування • Працювати разом із командами маркетингу і продукту над покращенням зв'язки креатив → воронка → оффер → продукт • Формувати задачі для дизайну, аналітики та розробки під запуск нових тестів і механік, драйвити їх виконання до результату • Брати участь у побудові та розвитку системи експериментів разом із командами аналітики та engineering

Job Requirements

  • Маєш 2+ роки досвіду в ролі Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager або суміжних позиціях
  • Неодноразово запускав(-ла) експерименти від ідеї до вимірюваного бізнес-результату
  • Вмієш знаходити точки росту самостійно, а не працювати лише з уже сформованим беклогом гіпотез
  • Маєш сильний продуктовий та аналітичний майндсет і приймаєш рішення на основі даних
  • Добре розумієш CRO, поведінку користувачів та принципи побудови ефективних web-to-web воронок
  • Маєш успішні кейси запуску growth-ініціатив, які дали значущий вплив на бізнес-показники
  • Розумієш, як працюють performance marketing канали та як креатив, трафік і продукт впливають один на одного
  • Вмієш працювати з аналітичними інструментами (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, GrowthBook або аналогами)
  • Маєш високий рівень ownership та комфортно почуваєшся в умовах невизначеності
