• Provide accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes. • Deliver administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle. • Manage task completion in workday, resolve queries effectively. • Promote compliance and self-service through Workday and supporting tools. • Work closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Business Unit P & C teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Previous, demonstrable experience providing HR administration and transactional support.
  • Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud based HRIS systems and ticket management systems (ideally Workday and ServiceNow).
  • Methodical and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
  • Attention to detail, responsive, with a customer service-minded approach, is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop strong, positive relationships.
  • Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise workloads to meet business requirements.
  • Proactively identifies customer needs and take responsibility to resolve customer complaints.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn.
  • Good IT competence (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Resilience and tenacity to see things through to conclusion.
  • Initiative and drive to continuously identify ‘better ways’ of working to improve efficiency.
