Job Description

Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator

ReWorks Solutions

Role Description We’re hiring a full-time Graphic Designer and Social Media Video Creator with genuine taste and creative instinct. You have a sharp eye for design, you can write a headline that stops the scroll, and you can turn a brief into polished image and video ads quickly. You’ll work closely with our ads team to concept and produce creative that wins attention and drives leads. This is a high-output, direct-response role. You’ll often work within strict brand and content constraints and still find a way to make the work feel fresh. If you love the craft of making one ad clearly outperform another, you’ll fit in here. Creativity is only half the job. The other half is execution: being quick, organized, and meticulous. - Concept and produce high-quality image and video ads for Facebook/Instagram and Google. - Write short, punchy on-asset copy and headlines — not just lay out design. - Tailor creative to ABA therapy providers and our other client industries. - Localize creative sets for multi-market clients — same campaign, different city — getting every location-specific detail right on every version. - Use generative AI as a core part of your workflow to move fast without sacrificing taste. - Partner with the ads team to understand each client and ship creative that hits the campaign goal. - Turn work around on schedule — a standard set of graphics and short videos is assigned with a 3-business-day deadline, and it ships on time, every time. - Deliver organized, editable source files for everything you make. - Keep current on what’s working in paid-social creative and bring ideas to the table. Qualifications - Proven experience as a graphic designer and video creator for social media. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. - Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work specifically for social media platforms. - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. - Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams. Requirements - Comfortable working U.S. hours. - Remote work from home. Tools You'll Use - Canva — core to our workflow; you should be very comfortable here. - AI video generation — comfort with current AI video tools for generating and animating ad footage. - Image editing — a professional editor such as Photoshop (or equivalent). - AI image generation — generating and refining on-brand still imagery. - Video editing — assembling short-form video with text, captions, and music. Fraud Disclaimer ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits. All official communication will come from a ReWorks Solutions email address. Please verify any suspicious messages with our team directly.
