• Manage and troubleshoot cloud networks connecting GCP, Microsoft Azure, and partner carriers such as Equinix and Telnyx. • Maintain minimal network latency (<50ms) and keep hybrid transit lines clear. • Provision Private Service Connect (PSC) pathways to securely link Gemini Enterprise Agents with internal customer databases. • Achieve 100% data insulation and prevent unauthorized network data exfiltration. • Draft, review, and test declarative Terraform scripts to automate standard network configurations. • Ensure zero manual configuration drift within critical production layers. • Utilize GCP Network Intelligence Center to run connectivity tests, analyze routing topologies, and evaluate packet health. • Proactive detection of routing loops, latency spikes, or dynamic BGP route drops. • Set up and manage global application load balancers to distribute conversational traffic safely. • Guarantee zero downtime during massive traffic scale-ups or sudden regional outages. • Write and refine Cloud Armor rule sets, access control lists, and cloud firewall parameters. • Ensure complete protection against external DDoS attacks and unauthorized network incursions. • Participate in daily standups and engineering syncs with cloud architects, SREs, and conversational AI specialists.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Active and verified Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer certification
  • 3+ years of experience in GCP networking including VPCs, Shared VPCs, Private Service Connect, Cloud DNS, Cloud NAT, and Cloud Armor
  • 3+ years of experience in hybrid and multi-cloud network design including BGP routing, Equinix Fabric, and ExpressRoute
  • 3+ years of experience using Terraform for infrastructure automation
  • 1+ year of experience with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), CCAIP, and Gemini Enterprise platforms
  • Experience managing SIP trunking and telco integrations including Telnyx and Twilio
  • Proven experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for complex technical environments.
