• Maintain financial forecasts versus actuals to ensure accurate tracking of IT Delivery project performance • Execute SAP financial operations to support reporting, transactions, and data integrity requirements • Calculate, validate, and post financial accruals to ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end close processes • Prepare and reconcile vendor billing and capacity reports to ensure accurate financial reporting and resource tracking • Investigate financial discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions • Consolidate financial data into master spreadsheets to support reporting and decision-making • Generate ad-hoc financial reports to support business inquiries and leadership requirements • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial tracking and reporting workflows • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards for financial processes • Proactively engage and follow up with directors, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to obtain required financial information, clarify outstanding items, secure timely decisions or approvals, and ensure reporting deadlines are met

• Manage and troubleshoot cloud networks connecting GCP, Microsoft Azure, and partner carriers such as Equinix and Telnyx. • Maintain minimal network latency (<50ms) and keep hybrid transit lines clear. • Provision Private Service Connect (PSC) pathways to securely link Gemini Enterprise Agents with internal customer databases. • Achieve 100% data insulation and prevent unauthorized network data exfiltration. • Draft, review, and test declarative Terraform scripts to automate standard network configurations. • Ensure zero manual configuration drift within critical production layers. • Utilize GCP Network Intelligence Center to run connectivity tests, analyze routing topologies, and evaluate packet health. • Proactive detection of routing loops, latency spikes, or dynamic BGP route drops. • Set up and manage global application load balancers to distribute conversational traffic safely. • Guarantee zero downtime during massive traffic scale-ups or sudden regional outages. • Write and refine Cloud Armor rule sets, access control lists, and cloud firewall parameters. • Ensure complete protection against external DDoS attacks and unauthorized network incursions. • Participate in daily standups and engineering syncs with cloud architects, SREs, and conversational AI specialists.

• Build and optimize real-time streaming pipelines to ensure efficient routing of voice and chat session data into enterprise data platforms • Integrate generative AI solutions with enterprise knowledge bases to ensure accurate and context-aware conversational agent performance • Maintain and configure low-latency databases to ensure secure and reliable storage of session states and operational metadata • Design system architectures and technical blueprints to ensure scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions • Delegate and manage engineering tasks to ensure effective team productivity and capability development • Develop and execute testing processes to identify system issues and ensure quality and stability in deployed solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery • Oversee automated PII redaction workflows across voice and text streams to ensure full compliance with data privacy requirements prior to storage.

Role Description - Work on assigned user stories, including design, development, testing, and deployment of features primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module. - Build and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of developed functionalities. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement. - Engage with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and clarify use cases. - Demonstrate completed features and solutions to users and stakeholders. - Contribute to development efforts using JavaScript (ServiceNow). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM). - 2+ years of experience in JavaScript within ServiceNow. - 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Good communication skills. Requirements - Software Development background or experience. - Experience with GitLab or similar version control and CI/CD tools. - Experience with DevOps practices. - Experience in Testing, or ATF (Automated Testing Framework). - Interest in learning network technologies and processes. - Exposure to telecommunications domain or network-related systems. - Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn. - Ability to work consistently, meet deadlines, and actively engage with the team daily. • Develop design, debug, and operate on the Bell Canada ServiceNow instance • Provide support on end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units, and vendors • Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies with a strong aptitude for innovation • Responsible for coding and integration between applications and custom rest API endpoints • Play with Kafka to push messages through the ServiceNow Platform

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments • Writing SQL queries and MS SQL administration • Managing virtual machines using VMWare and OpenStack • Working with Red Hat OpenShift environments • Familiarity with load balancing concepts and multi-data center environments • Utilizing IaC tools (Terraform or Ansible) for deployment automation • Automating Windows administrative tasks using PowerShell.
