Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or Graphic Designer with a strong focus on type and layout.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing presentation decks, reports, sales collateral, or other information-heavy design work.
- The ability to balance creativity with practicality, designing assets that are visually strong whilst remaining customer-friendly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a fast turnaround time.
- Experience working independently and managing short project timelines.
- Bonus points if you have experience designing sales enablement materials or B2B customer-facing content.
- Worked with startups or fast-moving teams before.
- Experience translating technical or complex concepts into simple visual communications.

Reporting to the Interiors Team Leader you will be assisting with the delivery of innovative commercial workplace and mission critical projects, supporting client management, design development and documentation from concept through to delivery. Based in New York City, this role operates across both the Global Communications team in London and the Americas Communications team in NYC, requiring a designer who is confident collaborating across regions, time zones and stakeholder groups. The designer will create assets for global internal campaigns, social campaigns, events, thought leadership etc and assist in building templates and assets for the best-in-class brand hub. The candidate must be able to produce outstanding visual design work across a number of different platforms and various disciplines, often to tight deadlines. In addition to this, they must be a confident forward thinker who is willing to initiate new and innovative creative responses as well as have a natural ability to present and discuss ideas in a group and with executive stakeholders.
