Title: Designer Location: New York United States Job Description: Job Description: Dentsu's Global Brand & Design team is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help elevate and strengthen how dentsu shows up globally. Based in New York City, this role operates across both the Global Communications team in London and the Americas Communications team in NYC, requiring a designer who is confident collaborating across regions, time zones and stakeholder groups. The designer will create assets for global internal campaigns, social campaigns, events, thought leadership etc and assist in building templates and assets for the best-in-class brand hub. The candidate must be able to produce outstanding visual design work across a number of different platforms and various disciplines, often to tight deadlines. In addition to this, they must be a confident forward thinker who is willing to initiate new and innovative creative responses as well as have a natural ability to present and discuss ideas in a group and with executive stakeholders. Key responsibilities - Design and deliver a wide range of high-quality branded assets, including: - Global & Americas internal and social campaigns - Global thought leadership reports and promotional content - Internal and external event collateral - Executive-level presentations - Lead the design and development of visually compelling reports with a strong focus on storytelling, layout and data visualisation - Create best-in-class presentation design, ensuring clarity, narrative flow and high visual impact for senior stakeholders - Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints - Design and build digital-first content experiences using platforms such as Foleon and other website builders - Produce high-quality, user-friendly templates in Microsoft Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Word) and Adobe CC (e.g Illustrator, Photoshop, Express) to support both designers and non-designers across the network - Partner closely with both Global (London) and Americas (NYC) communications teams to align on messaging, creative direction and delivery - Pitch creative ideas, design moodboards and concept mock-ups - Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs are aligned to dentsu's visual identity and consistently executed to a high standard - Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and innovations, bringing fresh thinking and new approaches to creative challenges Skills and experience - Experience in a studio or agency environment - Exceptional report design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating editorial design, layout and data visualisation - Advanced presentation design expertise (PowerPoint) including slide master creation and storytelling - Hands-on experience with digital content platforms such as Foleon (or similar website builders) - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles - Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, consistent design - Confident communicator with the ability to clearly present and articulate creative ideas and rationale - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines - A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Bonus points if you have: - Experience with Premiere and After Effects - Experience in photography & videography (shooting, producing and editing) #LI-MS5 #LI-Hybrid Additional Information At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The annual salary range for this position is $71,875 - $76,262. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
