About the team The Enterprise sales team at Airwallex is a collaborative group focused on transforming how global enterprises manage payments and financial operations. We're looking for a sales-driven, high-energy individual to join our Enterprise Sales team in ANZ. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise deals across a range of verticals. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you'll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our enterprise segment in the region. What you'll do - Identify, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals. - Navigate and manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging stakeholders from end users to C-level executives while effectively articulating product value. - Develop and execute strategic engagement plans tailored to key prospects. - Own your sales pipeline with precision - managing deal flow and providing accurate, timely forecasts. - Anticipate client challenges and proactively offer solutions that drive business value. - Deliver a high-impact, insight-led experience at every stage of the prospect and customer journey Minimum qualifications: - 8-10+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts; experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus. - Proven success selling multi-product API solutions. - A strong network of industry advocates to support your success. - Demonstrated ability to identify, reach, and build relationships with decision-makers across key industry verticals. - Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing full sales pipelines. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives. - Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable - you thrive under pressure and think creatively to solve problems. - Results-driven, accountable, and aligned to key performance indicators and business outcomes. - Willingness to travel as needed and work effectively in a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in-office. What you'll do This is a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on selling our FX & Payment API product within one of our target verticals that are ideal for our product. You will use your deep network and industry experience to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. Success in this role is based on successfully achieving target volume and revenue targets and you will enjoy significant commission and share option upside for hitting those targets. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City. Responsibilities: - Acquire new enterprise customers across North America through your existing network and experience - Own and drive the entire deal cycle from prospecting to close for both, new logos and customer expansions - Identify new companies, use cases and prospects through research with help of our strategy and sales enablement team - Work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures - Provide regular reporting against KPIs, metrics and targets - Ensure the best customer experience and on-boarding process for new customers - Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts in conjunction with legal, finance and strategy through to execution - Build and manage a strong, reliable pipeline, as well as help define best practices that will be the foundation for the US sales team Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. Role Description The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as an Insurance Marketing Specialist. The Insurance Marketing Specialist is the go-to resource for agent-facing marketing collateral at Homeowners of America (HOA) and Porch Insurance. This role owns the creation, accuracy, versioning, and distribution of materials that help independent agents understand, sell, and champion our products. Working closely with sales, product, legal, and underwriting, the Specialist ensures that all collateral is current, compliant, and compelling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the independent agent (IA) channel and a working knowledge of property & casualty insurance, enabling them to build content that resonates with agents in the field. What You Will Do As An Insurance Marketing Specialist - Collateral Creation & Management: - Coordinate, design, edit, and update agent-facing marketing materials — including product sheets, presentations, flyers, and sales collateral — across all lines of business. - Maintain a working knowledge of each product and tailor materials accordingly, incorporating rate changes, appetite updates, and product revisions in coordination with product managers. - Develop materials that equip agents to communicate HOA/Porch product value to their own customers (homeowners), supporting the agent-to-homeowner marketing chain. - Manage collateral reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approval processes to ensure materials remain accurate, compliant, and on-brand. - Maintain organized, up-to-date marketing libraries with version control and archiving of outdated content. - Agent Engagement: - Serve as the marketing point of contact for field sales, surfacing agent content needs and translating them into collateral and targeted campaigns. - Collect and organize agent testimonials and proof points to strengthen sales materials. - Agent Collateral Coordination: - Coordinate agent collateral requests and project timelines, prioritizing based on business needs, deadlines, and approval requirements. - Attend sales, product, and stakeholder meetings to document priorities, track updates, and identify collateral needs. - Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and blockers to support smooth execution across teams.
