Qualifications - Experience within the electric utility, transmission, generation, or power systems industry. - Experience performing power system load flow studies using PSSE. - Experience conducting transfer capability and transmission system analyses. - Familiarity with power system planning, generation interconnection processes, and grid reliability requirements. - Experience with TARA or similar transmission assessment tools. - Programming experience using Python, VBA, or other scripting languages. - Experience developing database queries using Access, Oracle, SQL, or similar platforms. - Strong technical writing skills with the ability to prepare detailed engineering reports. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and requirements to diverse stakeholders.
