Qualifications - Excellent copywriting skills with a strong portfolio across multiple formats and channels. - Experience creating content that drives engagement and conversion. - Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging. - Credibility with technical audiences and an understanding of IT Operations, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, observability, or monitoring. - Technical background through engineering studies, hands-on infrastructure experience, homelabs, or equivalent experience. - Experience with AI tools for content creation. - Strong testing mindset and ability to use data to improve performance. - Basic image and video editing skills are a plus. - Fluent English (C2 Level), German is a plus.
