Role Description As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as the technical backbone of our sales and customer engagement process. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design, present, and deliver impactful automation solutions. This role blends hands-on technical work with strategic engagement — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business value, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: - Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions using Enterprise Bot’s platform. - Deliver compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations that clearly communicate technical and business value. - Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans. - Solution Design & Delivery: - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures. - Collaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations to ensure seamless technical delivery. - Provide technical validation and support during critical phases of the sales cycle. - Customer Engagement & Partnership: - Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor throughout the engagement. - Ensure customer success by proactively identifying risks and helping resolve technical challenges. - Be available to support key customer engagements or escalations when necessary. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback. - Contribute to technical enablement materials, training sessions, and playbooks to strengthen overall sales effectiveness. - Advocate for customer needs within the organization and help improve solution delivery processes. - Thought Leadership & Market Engagement: - Represent Enterprise Bot at industry events, webinars, and conferences. - Stay up to date on AI automation trends, cloud technologies, and emerging best practices in the B2B SaaS landscape. - Contribute to positioning Enterprise Bot as a trusted technology partner and thought leader in intelligent automation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level. - Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must. - Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments (experience in conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus). - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Native-level proficiency or highly fluent in Polish and English. - Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and related certifications. - Understanding of NLP, automation workflows, or integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL, etc.). - Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery and customer success collaboration.
