Role Description As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be the primary architect of LVT’s market authority. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategist who thrives on the intersection of technical innovation and elite storytelling. You will own our corporate narrative, translating complex AI-driven hardware and software capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate from the C-suite to the field. Balancing strategic individual contribution with the leadership of a high-performing small team, you will define our market positioning, evolve our pricing strategies, and serve as a vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales. While we have a strong preference for this leader to be based in Seattle, we are open to remote candidates residing in the Pacific or Mountain Time zones. Periodic travel will be required. Responsibilities - Corporate Narrative & Thought Leadership: Own the LVT "story," developing the executive-level messaging and keynotes that position LVT as the undisputed leader in intelligent site technology. - Strategic Pricing & Packaging: Lead the research and execution of sophisticated pricing models that reflect our value delivery and maximize market share. - Sales Influence & Enablement: Build deep trust with Sales leadership, providing the strategic ammunition and market insights required to win complex, high-stakes deals. - Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and guide the long-term product roadmap. - Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the "voice of the market" to Product teams, ensuring our development cycle is aligned with customer pain points and economic buyers. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two Product Marketers, fostering a culture of scrappiness, technical curiosity, and excellence in execution. - Open-Scope Innovation: Identify organizational gaps and "fix what is broken," creating new processes or collateral where none exist to scale our impact. Qualifications - 10+ years in Product Marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments. - You are a gifted storyteller who is comfortable on a keynote stage or in a boardroom, capable of simplifying the complex into the profound. - You understand that Product Marketing exists to fuel revenue; you have a proven track record of influencing sales leaders and changing their perspectives through data and narrative. - You don’t need to be an engineer, but you are fascinated by how things work—from hardware sensors to Agentic AI—and you enjoy translating that tech into "business-speak." - You have mastered the art and science of pricing, packaging, and market segmentation. - You aren't looking for a "maintenance" role; you are energized by the opportunity to build a function from the ground up and fix inefficiencies. - You have experience managing direct reports and know how to empower a team to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation The beginning annual salary range for this role is $179,100.00 - $225,000.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program. Benefits - Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage - Retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%) - Flexible PTO Company Description LVT is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world, moving beyond traditional security solutions to deliver AI-driven, actionable intelligence that makes sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Since pioneering our first mobile, solar-powered units, our commitment to scrappy, hands-on innovation has made us an established leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in intelligent site technology. - Named one of the Financial Times’ Fastest Growing Companies 2025 - #10 on the Inc. 5000 Rocky Mountain Regional list for 2025 - Our CEO, Ryan Porter, was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 - Our CTO, Steve Lindsey, was inducted into the Silicon Slopes CTO Hall of Fame in 2024 - We were named one of The Software Report’s Top 100 Software Companies of 2023 - Winner of the Security Today Govies Award for 2025

• Own territory design end-to-end: account segmentation logic, rep book composition, coverage ratios by segment and region, and rebalancing triggers • Rationalize and standardize Trace3's go-to-market coverage model across all regions, reducing inconsistency and aligning rep books to highest-propensity accounts • Define and maintain white-space account coverage targets; hold regional leaders accountable to coverage plans against priority account tiers • Serve as the standing internal owner of Trace3's propensity-based territory design framework and refresh it on cadence • Stand up pipeline governance as a function: define coverage ratios, stage definitions, and data hygiene standards; instrument against Trace3's CRM from day one • Own forecast accuracy as a managed metric, moving from an unmeasured baseline toward a plus or minus 10 percent commit-vs.-actual target • Run a weekly pipeline review that regional leaders treat as a source of truth, not a reporting obligation • Track win rate by segment and coverage model; use conversion data to drive ongoing territory and formation adjustments • Own comp and incentive strategy for the sales organization in partnership with Finance; design plans that reward the right behaviors — account penetration, deal quality, and formation compliance, not just bookings volume • Run annual comp plan cycles and manage mid-cycle adjustments; ensure plans are modeled, tested, and communicated before the selling year begins • Partner with Finance to drive comp efficiency over time through smarter plan design • Stand up the GTM Strategy and Ops analytics capability from scratch: instrument unmeasured metrics, build the exec-level pipeline and coverage dashboard, and own the GTM domain of the RevOps scorecard • Map and transition existing regional sales ops talent into the centralized RevOps structure; run the capability review that determines placements and identifies gaps for external hiring • Hire and develop the GTM Strategy and Ops team: Strategy Analysts, Pipeline and Coverage Analysts, and Cost/Comp Analysts as the function scales
