• You'll play a founding role on the Web Experience team, whose mission is to build a brand-new web application for ShareGate Migrate from scratch. • Ship full-stack features that meet the team's quality and UX standards. • Lay solid, lasting technical foundations from day one. • Integrate Microsoft APIs reliably, so migration and authentication scenarios work without friction in production. • Build a quality culture from the start by establishing testing practices that let the team ship with confidence. • Grow the team's collective level through code reviews and knowledge sharing that make others better. • Leverage AI coding tools to deliver a level of quality and output that goes beyond what a solo dev could achieve otherwise.

• Define and run a repeatable launch process across product managers, marketing, sales enablement, support, and customer marketing • Own positioning, messaging, and competitive documentation for each product and workload • Provide quality control on high-value content • Standardize how product managers submit launch requests • Ensure internal readiness • Decide the right level of visibility for each release and coordinate its execution

• Guarantee the integrity of every dollar of subscription revenue by owning month-end close — revenue journals, deferred revenue schedule, reconciliations, and variance analysis; • Keep the systems behind billing running by acting as functional owner of the revenue layer in NetSuite (Advanced Revenue Management); • Drive DSO down and reduce manual exceptions by diagnosing and fixing problems at the source; • Run the order-to-invoice cycle across multiple billing entities with accuracy, timeliness, and indirect tax compliance; • Deploy AI into team workflows to automate repetitive tasks, surface anomalies faster, and free up bandwidth for higher-value work; • Execute structural projects led by Finance leadership as the central coordination point across Finance, RevOps, and Customer Success.

• Ship high-quality, performant front-end features in React and TypeScript that meet UX standards from the earliest milestones; • Translate user needs into shipped experiences that solve the real problem (not just the spec), in tight partnership with Product and Design; • Grow a reusable component library and design system that speeds up delivery across the team; • Step into the backend when needed: read existing code and extend or add functionality so delivery isn't blocked at the front-end boundary; • Deliver interfaces that hold up to real-world performance, accessibility, and responsiveness expectations; • Help shape front-end architecture and engineering practices that scale beyond the first release; • Keep the codebase healthy and maintainable through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement; • Influence product and technical decisions through active participation in team discussions.

• Ship fullstack features in C# .NET and React that users adopt and rely on; • Turn product and design intent into working solutions that solve the actual customer problem; • Deliver data models and queries (primarily PostgreSQL) that stay fast and reliable; • Shape architecture, standards, and technical direction; • Catch issues before they ship through reviews and testing; • Use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

• Own the Microsoft partnership end-to-end — from co-sell readiness to executive alignment — to establish Microsoft as a measurable growth lever for ShareGate in FY27; • Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate active deals toward closed revenue; • Activate and optimize Microsoft programs (MACC, Marketplace, MDF, ISV Success) to grow Marketplace transactions and maximize commercial impact; • Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing — campaigns, field events, and co-branded plays — to drive Microsoft-influenced pipeline; • Expand ShareGate's presence across Microsoft's partner ecosystem (CSPs, MSPs, SIs) to grow attach rates and increase Migrate → Protect bundle adoption; • Act as the internal authority on Microsoft's priorities and AI-driven partner motion, translating ecosystem shifts into actionable strategies that keep ShareGate ahead; • Track and report on partnership performance — co-sell pipeline, revenue influence, and Marketplace metrics — to give leadership a clear view of impact and inform investment decisions.

• Ship full-stack features in C# .NET and React that meet the company’s quality, performance, and UX standards. • Translate user needs into delightful experiences that solve real problems. • Deliver data layers (PostgreSQL and MongoDB) that perform reliably at scale. • Help shape architecture and engineering practices that scale with the product growth. • Raise the bar on code quality through reviews, testing, and steady improvement. • Influence both product and technical direction by being an active participant in team discussions.

• Ship new features and improvements to ShareGate Migration Tool that users notice and value. • Partner with the Product Manager and Product Designer to translate customer needs into shipped solutions that solve real user problems. • Modernize the codebase so the application stays performant, maintainable, and aligned with current engineering standards. • Strengthen our test suites to catch regressions early and keep the product reliable as it scales. • Unblock the support team on complex technical issues so customers get to resolution faster.
