With a lean team that operates at scale through AI tools and agency leverage, this role is built for a marketer who runs toward revenue accountability. You will own the mechanisms that connect marketing activity to sales pipeline, and you will be expected to report on both. What You'll Own - Demand Generation and Pipeline: - Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers across the full funnel, from awareness through pipeline creation. - Own paid media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic channels, managing budget allocation and performance against pipeline targets. - Develop and run ABM campaigns targeting named expansion accounts and key new logo targets in the retail and CPG segments. - Partner with the WebFX retainer on SEO strategy, paid campaigns, and website conversion optimization. - Track and report pipeline metrics weekly: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and cost per acquisition. - Marketing Automation and Operations: - Own HubSpot as the marketing automation and CRM intelligence layer. Qualifications - 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise technology company. - Proven record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact, not just lead volume. - Hands-on HubSpot experience required; admin-level expertise preferred. - Strong digital advertising skills: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and experience managing paid budgets. - ABM experience: you have run targeted account campaigns with account selection, multi-touch sequencing, and sales coordination. - Analytical by default: you track what works, cut what does not, and iterate based on data. - Strong project management skills and the ability to execute against a complex campaign calendar across multiple initiatives. Preferred - Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in retail, CPG, supply chain, or adjacent industries. - Experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance. - Familiarity with intent data tools such as 6sense, Bombora, or Demandbase. - Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
