Your future tasks: - As a Strategic Finance Analyst (m/f/d), you will use your know-how to ensure that strategic decisions are made on the basis of relevant data and reports. - You will be responsible for operational treasury management, manage our cash flows, plan our liquidity and optimise working capital together with our parent company in the UK. - You will establish cash flow reporting, keep an eye on our cash flows and derive well-founded recommendations for action for our forecasting. - You will ensure that we are sufficiently financed at all times and that our cash flow is optimally managed at Group level. - You will support the management of loan collateral and act as a contact person for banks. - You will work closely with Accounting and our international finance teams to improve processes in the financial supply chain, share best practices and ensure consistent handling of financials. - You will prepare regular reports for the management, especially on gross margin, and thus contribute to transparency and goal tracking. - You will support the creation of budgets and forecasts as well as the further development of the models - You will be actively involved in projects – e.g. for the further development of tools, the introduction of new reporting structures or the analysis of current financial topics. Your background: - Data and figures are your element – you analyze them confidently and put them into a strategic context. - You have initial professional experience in the areas of treasury, corporate finance or banking/finance. - You have a good understanding of topics such as cash flow, working capital, gross margin, financial modelling and, ideally, reporting standards. - You have experience in visualizing and communicating financial data – e.g. in the direction of management or business teams. - You work tech- and AI-natively – you actively use AI tools in your everyday work and see them as a natural part of modern financial work. - You like to think in scenarios and enjoy penetrating complex financial models. - You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team – even across national borders. - You are fluent in German and English. - You want to actively contribute to advancing the energy transition – because there is no alternative to it for you.
