• Partner with internal teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across multiple domains: Trading, Billing, Cash Management, Client Reporting, Investment Proposal, and Operational quality and scale. • Collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, document and execute product strategies and roadmaps. • Lead cross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to new investment product launches, to improve user experience for internal teams and clients. • Support escalated issues from the Product Support team, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. • Drive change management and adoption of new features and processes across platforms and teams. • Rationalize and articulate priorities based on business impact and strategic alignment. • Operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving business needs and technology landscapes. • Document and refine business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs. • Manage a portfolio of integration and enhancement activities from planning to execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Product, Technology, Operations, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
- Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively across strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience in financial services or investment platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with portfolio management systems, client reporting tools, and billing platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
