• You translate D2C strategy into concrete creator goals by market and category — clear and actionable so the Influencer Marketing team can execute immediately. • You dive deep into performance: which creators are scaling, which markets are underperforming versus potential, and which categories are underutilized. You know the answers and what they imply. • You keep the strategic rhythm: reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, sessions with top creators, and alignments with international markets. Every touchpoint produces decisions, not status updates. • You spot risks early: reliance on individual creators, an imbalanced category mix, or drifting markets.
