Candidates should have experience designing for CPG brands and be able to bridge worlds between concept, design, 3D and motion. They are required to have the ability to identify and distill a brand’s needs, and convey those needs through graphic design, typography, video, and motion. They must be well versed in both 2D and 3D animation, with a variety of styles and a modern aesthetic, to contribute ideas and concepts in partnership with a diverse team of creatives. A strong conceptual approach, sharp attention to detail, and flawless execution are essential. - Collaborate with the design team to create storyboards in a wide variety of styles - Contribute to the concept and execution of motion graphics bringing branding, environmental, and package designs to life in impactful ways - Effectively plan executional approaches to each project - Execute quickly and effectively - Efficiently manage challenges and solve design problems through proactive problem solving - Manage time and consistently meet deadlines - Consistently drive excellence in design across all projects NOTE: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
