• Collaborate with various stakeholders to engage and coordinate with the customer-facing teams to produce materials needed for Trulieve’s communication plan. • Partner with multiple departments to understand key customer priorities and inform the creative briefing process. • Translate go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable programs, ensure campaigns and activations are executed on-time, accurately, and successfully. • Assist and execute multiple projects across the marketing department including the creative process, event planning, promotional strategy and more. • Responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- 2+ years of working experience in marketing and/or marketing space
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Stronger written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing creative briefs with the intention of translating business objectives into creative assets.
- Previous experience managing events and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, creative iterative process, and event planning.
- The ability to plan, execute, and analyze an overall marketing strategy including paid, earned, and owned media.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external partners); must be able to work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs.
- Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders and make decisions based on data and insights.
- Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheets, Monday.com)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
