Role Description As Marketing Manager at Xealth, you will be the in-house lead for demand-side marketing execution. You own the demand engine — directing the agency’s campaign work, running our industry events, activating sales enablement in the field, executing partner and co-marketing programs, and keeping marketing operations and pipeline reporting running cleanly. Responsibilities - Agency Partnership & Campaign Orchestration: - Serve as day-to-day owner of Xealth’s relationship with the agency for the demand-generation scope. - Translate Xealth priorities into clear campaign briefs and review outputs. - Line up product, sales, and customer success experts to feed demand-side work. - Track agency hours, deliverables, and out-of-pocket expenses against the retainer. - In-House Demand Generation & Funnel: - Write and run in-house nurture streams that complement the campaign-driven nurtures. - Own post-event outreach — conference follow-ups, customer dinner thank-yous, etc. - Write ad copy and newsletter content for Xealth’s in-house channels. - Plan and execute select tactical paid social campaigns. - Website & External Brand Consistency: - Own day-to-day content and updates for Xealth’s website. - Maintain template libraries for internal teams. - Industry Events, Webinars & Media Buys: - Plan and execute Xealth’s physical event presence end-to-end. - Organize and project-manage webinars. - Manage publisher and sponsorship relationships. - Run executive briefings, customer dinners, partner roundtables, and field events. - Sales Enablement Activation & Adoption: - Drive in-field adoption of sales tools. - Build the day-to-day operational artifacts with the agency. - Assist in the creation of assets to promote adoption of new or existing product features. - Partner with sales leadership on marketing-to-sales handoff. - Vendor Community Promotion: - Maintain Xealth’s marketing vendor directory. - Coordinate with additional resources in the partner team to promote vendor-targeted initiatives. - Marketing Operations, Vendors & Pipeline Reporting: - Own day-to-day operation of the marketing technology stack. - Translate monthly performance dashboards for Xealth leadership and sales. - Ensure clean attribution and source data flow from campaigns into Xealth’s CRM. Qualifications - Proven experience in demand-side marketing execution. - Strong understanding of campaign management and agency collaboration. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. The Role Xealth is looking for a Director of Patient and Provider Engagement to own our core interaction tools and lead our evolution into AI-enabled healthcare. Xealth sits at a unique intersection of healthcare data: we have deep integration with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), access to patient-generated data from third-party apps, and rich engagement data from patient clicks and actions. In this role, you will be the product visionary for how we use this data and leverage generative AI to drive meaningful actions. You will oversee our patient-facing capabilities, as well as our clinician-facing SMART on FHIR apps that surface critical info within the clinical workflow. Your mission is to bring next-generation AI capabilities to market that personalize and enhance these interactions for both patients and providers.
