• Drive Business Impact through Advanced Analytics • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, consumer engagement, and key portfolio outcomes. • Lead high-impact analytics initiatives across the customer lifecycle for existing customers (acquisition, engagement, spend, loyalty, and retention) • Translate compiled data into actionable insights that influence business decision-making • Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to CoBrand partners • Influence partner strategy through data storytelling, performance insights, and opportunity identification • Oversee development of dashboards, models, and tools that proactively surface insights and drive profitable campaign decisions. • Ensure scalable, automated, and efficient analytics processes. • Identify errors, bugs, and other code related challenges that will help accelerate our ability to meet partner demand. • Promote best practices in analytics, experimentation, and measurement
Job Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative streams with 6+ years of hands-on relevant analytics/data science experience (Distance learning not valid), or in lieu of a degree 8+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL/SAS with ability to leverage advanced algorithms and be efficient in handling complex/large data
- Minimum 2+ years of solving open-ended business analytics questions independently
- Minimum 2+ years of designing and building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- 1+ years of experience presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Should have experience working with cross-functional teams on business problems
- Background in customer lifecycle marketing campaign analytics (acquisition, spend, retention, loyalty, segmentation analysis, proper test & control setup, etc.)

Role Description As a Partner Marketing Manager at Cognite, you will play a crucial role in executing our go-to-market efforts and accelerating revenue growth through our strategic alliances and partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for the hands-on deployment of comprehensive marketing programs that empower our partners (including system integrators, technology partners, and OEMs) to effectively position, sell, and implement Cognite’s solutions. This role requires a perfect blend of project management, execution excellence, and a deep understanding of partner marketing within the industrial AI and SaaS landscape. You will collaborate closely with Global Alliances, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and our partners to maximize joint business outcomes. What You'll Do - Partner Enablement & Asset Creation - Joint Messaging & Collateral: Collaborate with partners and Product Marketing to build and deliver a robust portfolio of partner-facing assets, including co-branded collateral, messaging guides, solution briefs, case studies, and digital campaign kits. - Sales Enablement: Ensure partner sales and technical teams are equipped with the latest Cognite product messaging, value propositions, and competitive intelligence. - Brand Compliance: Provide marketing guidance to partners, ensuring all joint materials align seamlessly with Cognite's brand guidelines. - Demand Generation & Campaign Execution - Co-Marketing Campaigns: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end joint marketing plans with prioritized partners to generate awareness, drive demand, and build a qualified sales pipeline. - Events & Activations: Execute joint webinars, digital campaigns, content syndication, and partner workshops. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances marketing within an AI and/or B2B SaaS/enterprise software company. - Strong understanding of different industrial partner ecosystems (GSIs, regional SIs, ISVs, and OEMs) and how to effectively market to, through, and with them. - A proven track record of executing joint demand generation campaigns (digital, events, content) that resulted in measurable pipeline growth. - Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, LLMs and AI-native martech solutions. - A solid understanding of the industrial sector (Energy, Process Manufacturing, Utilities, Pharma, etc.) and its unique digital transformation challenges is highly preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with external partner marketing contacts.
