Job Requirements
- 8+ years in agency or startup environments, with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations.
- Exceptional ability to inspire diverse teams, foster a positive culture, and mentor others through strategic vision and empathy.
- Mastery of visual design, branding, content, and typography, balanced with a deep curiosity for emerging technologies and diverse creative challenges.
- Expert presenter and public speaker capable of articulating technical and strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled at building long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams through high-level interpersonal skills.
- AI Initiative: Deep experience in adapting and implementing AI tools within creative workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Technical Familiarity: Proficiency or hands-on experience with Weavy, Gemini, and Jasper is a significant plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated strategist who remains optimistic and decisive under tight deadlines and in changing environments.
