Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator to join our team and help bring structure, momentum, and follow-through to a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives. You’ll work closely with: - Nick Stauffer, Organizational Development Manager - Camilla Groth, Creative Marketing Manager This role sits at the intersection of marketing, communications, project management, and employee experience. You’ll help keep projects organized, timelines visible, stakeholders aligned, and deliverables moving forward. This role supports both: - External marketing: including campaigns, collateral, trade shows, website updates, social media, and employer branding - Internal communications: including leadership messages, employee announcements, newsletters, organizational updates, and engagement-related communications You’ll also help us continue modernizing the way we work by using AI-enabled tools, collaboration platforms, and improved workflows to improve productivity and communication quality. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, communications, or a related role - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills - Experience managing multiple projects or priorities at once - Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams - Strong follow-through and attention to detail - Comfort using technology and collaboration tools to manage work Requirements - Experience supporting both marketing and internal communications - Experience working with creative teams, agencies, vendors, or external partners - Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Loop, or similar tools - Experience with social media, website coordination, content development, or campaign support - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms - Manufacturing, B2B, or industrial experience - Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, communication, organization, or content development Benefits - Work on visible projects across the organization - Partner closely with a small, collaborative team - Support both creative marketing and employee communication work - Help improve processes instead of just surviving them - Learn the business from multiple angles - Build a foundation for growth in marketing, communications, project management, or marketing operations

Job Duties/Responsibilities - Create content for internal and external audiences across all product lines and corporate entities. - Create visually engaging marketing assets using graphic design and presentation tools. - Partner with the sales and marketing team to understand the immediate and long-term needs and create a cadence of content creation. - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging and marketing materials. - Leverage AI-powered marketing, content creation, research, analytics, and productivity tools to improve content quality, accelerate campaign execution, and increase marketing effectiveness. - Evaluate, adopt, and champion emerging AI technologies and workflows that enhance content development, graphic design, social media management, customer engagement, and marketing operations. - Demonstrated success growing social media channels. - Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and visual identity across all communications. - Support webinars, trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns with content and collateral development. - Assist with maintaining and growing Murata Power Solutions' digital presence across web and social channels. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication techniques, as well as time management skills. - Highly organized, positive attitude self-starter who is a strong team player. - Strong knowledge/experience of the evolving marketing technology landscape, as well as best practices within the industry. - Creative and innovative in style, and flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required. - Strong presenter and language/grammar skills (both in person and virtually) - Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing and demanding virtual environment across global time zones. - Stay current on marketing trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices. Work Environment This position is an on-site role, with 1 flex day per week of remote work.
