Provider Publications, Communications Lead

Gainwell Technologies

• Develop, review, and publish provider-facing materials, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational resources. • Coordinate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure publication accuracy and consistency. • Translate complex healthcare policies, operational changes, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable communications for providers. • Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, healthcare operations, Medicaid programs, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience developing and managing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, or educational content.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is required; College coursework or degree preferred. - 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field required; Background in healthcare, wellness, or population health management is preferred. - Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and working with contact center software is preferred. - Ability to work in an in-person, hybrid, or HIPAA-compliant remote setting depending on business needs. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or adjusted schedules to maximize member outreach opportunities is preferred. - Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred. Role Description The Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to position Beckman Coulter as a leader in healthcare. Develop targeted, high-impact programs and measure their performance in partnership with the digital marketing team. - Lead Content Development: Lead the creation and production of high-value, customer-facing materials designed to leverage clinical evidence and drive thought leadership.
