Role Description IDC is seeking an experienced Contract Executive Recruiter to support talent acquisition at the leadership level. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify, engage, and deliver top executive talent across IDC's research, sales, and operations functions. - Manage full-cycle executive searches for director-level and above positions across IDC's global teams. - Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategy. - Source passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry channels. - Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and present qualified talent with clear, concise assessments. - Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. - Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring decisions. - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular search updates to stakeholders. Qualifications - 8+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of retained search firm and in-house experience. - Proven track record placing director, VP, and C-suite candidates. - Experience recruiting within research, technology, media, or professional services industries strongly preferred. - Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional executive presence. Requirements - Contract duration: 3 months with potential for extension. - Hours: full time. - Compensation: $40-$70 hourly rate.
