• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles • Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards) • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever) • Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Role Description Martek Global Services, Inc. is currently looking for a Sr. Acquisition Specialist such as former or retired GS-1102, or military equivalents, or any individual with the required specialized training and experiences outlined below. Job Location: Remote; Salary Range: $85K - $90K The Contract Specialist shall have expert knowledge of Federal contracting law, regulation, policies and precedents, and related principles, policies and procedures to plan, lead, review, or audit the most complex procurement functions. Skill in technical and coordinative activities sufficient to lead work on a variety of highly complex procurement and contractual processes or reviews. Familiarity with business practices and market conditions sufficient to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance. Ability to present factual information, analyses, and recommendations, or to compose bureau/agency guidelines. Responsibilities & Duties: - Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the FAR, DFARS, and provide the full range of procurement related support services in support of the customer’s acquisition activities including, but not limited to: - Pre-Solicitation Support: Provide pre-solicitation advice, recommendations, and document support for multiple assigned acquisition requirements through the pre-solicitation phase. - Performance Work Statements/Statements of Work/Specifications/Requirements Documents: Assist in preparing pre-award PWS, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objective (SOO), and other requirements documents. - Acquisition Plan Support: Provide advice and recommendations for all elements in acquisition plans, including approaches, options, strategies, risks, contracting methods, competition, sources, cost, milestone schedule, etc. - Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE): Assisting the program offices in preparing IGCEs. Research analysis may include, but is not limited to, past purchases of the products or services, current market value of the products or services, other agency purchases of similar products and services. - Market Research and Market Surveys: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential sources and contract vehicles. Potential sources should include socio-economic program participants (i.e., small businesses, small and disadvantaged businesses, HUB Zone businesses). - Pre-Award Documentation and Source Selection: Assist in evaluation process and assure written documentation to support either informal or formal source selection procedures. Other pre-award documents may include Determinations and Findings (D&Fs), Justifications and Approvals (J&As), and other necessary contract file documents. - Solicitations: Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Combined Synopsis/Solicitations. Assure the solicitation includes all appropriate solicitation terms and conditions. - Pre-Award and Contract Award Support: Provide pre-award and contract award advice, recommendations, and document support to multiple assigned acquisition requirements through the award phase. - Contract Award: Work with evaluators and the KO to identify pre-negotiation objectives and assist the KO with discussions with contractors. Prepare final contract award documents for task and delivery orders, BPA Calls, and stand-alone contracts, and COR Appointment letters. - Post-award Support: Prepare appropriate documentation for contract modifications, including the exercise of options, change orders and other post-award administration requirements. Monitor contractor performance, including schedules and milestones, in accordance with the terms of the contract to ensure contractor performance meets the contract requirements. - Close-out Support: Prepare appropriate documentation for closing out contract actions including the deobligation of expiring and excess funds. Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - CSIV: A minimum of 8 years of Federal Contracting Experience and 2+ years of construction and/or AE contracting experience.
