Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Subject Matter Expert (Sr. SAP SME) to support enterprise-level SAP and Navy ERP systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across SAP modules, strong customer service experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided.) Clearance Requirements: - Active Secret Clearance - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation. - USA Citizenship is required. Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise for SAP and/or Navy ERP systems. - Support and/or lead work across functional modules including: - Finance - Funds Management - Sales & Distribution - Controlling - Project Systems - Materials Management - Workforce Management - Deliver high-quality customer support and service, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Utilize help desk or service management systems (e.g., National Help Desk Service Manager or similar platforms). - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and support system enhancements. - Prepare clear documentation, reports, and communications related to system issues and solutions. - Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND at least 4 years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP in one or more of the listed modules - OR In lieu of a degree, 6 or more years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP in the listed modules - Documented customer service experience, preferably including experience with: - National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM), or - A comparable service management/help desk system - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
