About the job you're considering We are seeking an experienced Test Lead / Manager to oversee the end-to-end testing strategy for our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring quality delivery across all workstreams and achieving seamless system integration and business readiness. Your role - Define and implement the overall testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation. - Cloud transformation (RISE offering). System conversion / brownfield / greenfield approaches and SAP Activate methodology. - Develop and maintain test plans, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with program objectives. - Lead and manage test teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder engagement. - Drive defect management, including triage, resolution tracking, and reporting. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle. - Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate requirements and deliverables. - Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership. Your skills and experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience managing large-scale ERP testing programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA. - Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Preferred Qualifications - SAP certification or experience with SAP Activate methodology. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models. - Experience with automation tools and performance testing. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 - $193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
