Market Leader, Sales – Life Sciences

Innovaccer

• Define and execute the overall strategy for Innovaccer’s Life Sciences business, aligned with company vision, goals, and growth objectives. • Identify growth opportunities across the Life Sciences market, including expansion of existing solutions and development of new products, services, and partnerships. • Lead the creation and execution of business plans that drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability within the Life Sciences vertical. • Build and maintain executive relationships with key Life Sciences stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, CROs, and medical device organizations. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand Innovaccer’s Life Sciences footprint. • Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions with strategic clients and partners. • Bring a strong point of view on customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) to inform product strategy and differentiation. • Jointly define product direction and business plans for Life Sciences-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with market demand and compliance requirements. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure successful launch, adoption, and scaling of Life Sciences solutions. • Own OKRs and financial metrics (CARR, NPV + CARR) for the Life Sciences business. • Oversee GTM planning, resource allocation, and performance management. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Life Sciences team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on business performance and progress. • Engage and grow C-level relationships across Life Sciences clients and partners. • Leverage strategic partnerships to drive new client acquisition and expand client value delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Life Sciences, healthcare technology, or related industries, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, building vertical-focused strategies, and leading large, complex business units.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing GTM strategies at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences ecosystem, including pharma, biotech, clinical research, and regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to influence across stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and develop a strong culture of growth.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.

Role Description The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for building seller skills, supporting deal execution, and ensuring reps have the tools and knowledge to engage buyers and close business. This role focuses on improving seller execution and workflow efficiency, with primary emphasis on enablement programs, platform effectiveness, and content delivery while working across Endeavor’s portfolio of B2B media brands and 10 industry verticals. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely motivated by helping sellers improve performance. You will coordinate and deliver training programs, support reps during active deal development, and maintain the content, tools and resources that drive consistent sales execution, seller productivity, and pipeline progression. You will partner closely with the VP of Sales Enablement & Training to translate strategy into scalable training, content, and workflows. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role.
