This role focuses on improving seller execution and workflow efficiency, with primary emphasis on enablement programs, platform effectiveness, and content delivery while working across Endeavor’s portfolio of B2B media brands and 10 industry verticals. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and genuinely motivated by helping sellers improve performance. You will coordinate and deliver training programs, support reps during active deal development, and maintain the content, tools and resources that drive consistent sales execution, seller productivity, and pipeline progression. You will partner closely with the VP of Sales Enablement & Training to translate strategy into scalable training, content, and workflows. Key Responsibilities - Sales Enablement: - Support sales-readiness for new product or solution launches, including positioning, training, collateral, and certification. - Improve seller productivity and ramp time by ensuring reps can quickly access and apply the right content, training, and tools. - Run a regular seller feedback loop (surveys, office hours, ride-alongs) to surface content and training needs from the field. - Coordinate execution of enablement-led programs (SKO, masterclasses, product launches), including content, training tracks, and communication. - Run a monthly enablement update highlighting new content, training, and wins. - Solutions and Proposal Support: - Develop strong product knowledge across Endeavor's full portfolio to serve as a solutions resource for reps. - Assist reps with solutions positioning on active deals while helping frame the right offering for the right buyer. - Maintain and improve the RFP and proposal content library to support faster, more consistent deal execution. - Platform Management & Optimization: - Support the organization, usability, and effectiveness of content within the enablement platform, ensuring it aligns to how sellers work and supports active sales workflows. - Ensure sales materials are current, easy to find, and aligned to how sellers work (by solution, use case, and stage of sale). - Monitor content usage trends and identify opportunities to improve adoption and effectiveness. - Provide first-line support for platform navigation, access, and content questions. - Train reps on how to use the platform effectively so they can self-serve. - Sales Training and Onboarding: - Build and maintain core training materials, including onboarding content, product training, and certification programs. - Support delivery of live and recorded training sessions and maintain training documentation that reinforces consistent execution. - Review recorded sales calls to identify coaching moments, content gaps, and emerging objections; partner with managers on reinforcement. - Manage and curate training content within the enablement platform — keeping the library current and aligned to what reps actually need. - Leverage AI tools to develop and refresh product training content efficiently. - AI-Assisted Seller Productivity: - Leverage AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools) to support content creation, summarization, and training development. - Build and maintain practical AI prompt guides for common sales activities (prospecting, proposals, follow-up). - Support faster turnaround times on content requests and enable more efficient sales execution. - Content Development: - Coordinate with Sales Enablement leadership, Marketing and Sales leaders to translate seller priorities, deal insights, and pipeline needs into clear content and training requirements. - Ensure sales content aligns to buyer journey stages, core use cases, and value-based selling principles. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, training, or a related role. Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. - Hands-on experience with Seismic or a comparable enablement platform (Highspot, SalesHood etc.). - Strong PowerPoint and Word skills. - Comfort with Microsoft Copilot or a similar AI assistant in daily work. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, AdOrbit, etc.).
