• Support end-to-end creative and marketing workflows including intake, request tracking, timeline coordination, and prioritization. Maintain project trackers and documentation to keep work visible, organized, and on schedule. • Build collaborative working relationships with Creative, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, UX/Digital Product, Merch, Sustainability, and Owned Brand teams. Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and alignment on deliverables and timelines so nothing falls through the cracks. • Support the adoption of AI-powered tools by standardizing inputs and identifying opportunities for automation. Spot friction in how we work and bring practical ideas for making creative and marketing processes smoother and more scalable. • Assist with asset tracking, delivery timelines, and briefing and feedback cycles to help scale creative output for growth channels. • Support vendor coordination, purchase orders, contracts, and photoshoot logistics as needed. Assist with budget tracking under direction from the Creative Director.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing the details
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in applying them to do better, faster work
  • A proactive communication style that keeps stakeholders aligned before they have to ask
  • Comfort working within defined processes — and the awareness to flag when those processes aren't serving the team
